At Achema Memorial Community Secondary School, we believe that meaningful education can only be achieved through proper discipline. Our school places great emphasis on maintaining high standards of behavior. We strongly discourage the following forms of misconduct: Truancy Habitual lateness to school or assemblies Disrespect towards teachers and authority Fighting or physical altercations Failure to complete assignments Use of drugs or alcohol Gambling Inappropriate relationships between students Students found engaging in any of these behaviors will face consequences, which may include corporal punishment, suspension, or expulsion. A disciplinary committee will thoroughly investigate any infractions to ensure fair and appropriate action.

All students are subject to equal disciplinary actions, with no exceptions. First Offense: Parents will be invited to discuss the issue. Second Offense: The school will impose appropriate disciplinary measures based on the offense. Third Offense: Suspension or expulsion from school. Disciplinary actions may include: Public caning, especially during school assemblies Manual labor, such as cleaning the school compound and classrooms Financial penalties or replacement costs for damaged property Expulsion for severe offenses All serious offenses will be recorded in the school’s “blackbook,” and students are expected to sign a pledge to abide by the school's rules and not engage in any actions that disrupt school activities.
